Main Quest Lv.40 Escape Bug

So i'm trying to clear the main quest lv40 . the quest keep saying to talk to heraldry scholar stas, but after i talk to him the quest wont proceed. he always say go to hermalte port and talk to priestess of darkness. I cant skip the quest too

if the quest gets bugged, just abandon it and redo it

if it still doesn't work then maybe you missed something on the quest

Well Stas tells you to go hermalte port, you should go to hermalte port and talk to the NPC near to the entrance of serpentra/manticore nest.
I am pretty sure this quest is solo vs serpentra.

When i talk to stas the quest wont proceed, the quest keep saying i need to talk to stas. so i cant talk to the NPC in hernalte port
