Many will be banned because of charged back which is not allowed and immediately banned by ED.

Hmm charge backs are initiated by the owner of the paypal account. Given that the clause for Paypal transaction was :

In case of charge back via 3rd party platform or credit card companies, the related account will be blocked permanently and all DB related to this account will be deleted and never be restored.

Bottomline : Paypal account owner shouldn't initiate the chargeback. Or have their paypal account fall into a condition that they can't pay for the actual transaction. Purchases should be indisputable and non-returnable. If you didn't receive your EYET, you'll have to contact ED when you have not received the needed virtual cash - not initiate a charge back.

And don't use credit cards that you don't own. e.g. Parents, wife/husband, significant other, who has the tendency of initiating the charge back without verifying with you of the purchase

@launcelot,hello, you sound like the person who knows a lot. Can you say if it is safe to use one PP acc for topping-up into multiply DN accs? I know that multiply accs are not allowed in CC meanwhile I didn't see such restrictions here yet.
