Lol your internet probably was just down at the moment. You get that message when you don't have internet.

My personal suggestion, if you can browse the internet with Google Chrome,
maybe your internet explorer ISN'T using any connections.

Since we are playing an old game, it uses IE connection to connect to their servers.
Please do the following:
1. Open internet explorer
2. Browse any website
2.1. If you can browse, try open your DN. (I'm 100% sure that you can play now)
2.2. If you can't browse, your internet is down or maybe some settings aren't working. Better go and check the IPv4/IPv6 settings on your LAN & restart your PC.


Hope this help. This is what happens to me most of the time whenever I saw that DN Launcher prompt.
