How is the player base?

Thinking of returning to dn after a long break, how is the player base right now? As in is there still enough players around to play and chat and find guilds, pvp, pq etc. Or does everyone just grinds or afk?

If your definition of good is on the borders of what you have given then I'd say you still can do all that stuff.
Not as many as that before, but still quite good.
