If you have a Mission Board Quest are all Party members entitled to the quest reward?

So many questions ... just got back

CA - Counter attack. Special Quest withouth Lapis (465 gold)
Alli - Alliance, Special Quest with lapis with stage restriction (465 gold)
Coop - Cooperation, Special Quest with lapis and community points (465 gold)
Gen - General Mission. Nest Quest or Dungeon quest. Rewards maybe different 165 gold (Nest) 50g (Dungeon)
365 mb - Target Mission - Special Quest but on Dungeon
Nm - Nightmare mission - chance to receive rare to epic talisman once Nightmare dungeon is cleared.

all party members are entitled to receive quest reward unless the Quest holder leaves the party, (please dont do that)
Missions are not stackable.( if 2 members of the party have same gen quest, only 1 reward can be receive.)
