How to efficiently farm lapis? Send help

-do daily quests at merca's port (4pcs/day)
-do ladder pvp (if you manage to become a high ranker or at least get 2900 ladder pts per week,, you can buy 210pcs/week.. if can't,, go for the 7pcs/95 ladder pts)
-do trial nests
-farm for gold and just buy from merchant in merca's heart (400g/pc)

Is it guaranteed at least one lapis per trial nest?
