About AMD Radeon Graphics bug in-game

After the implementation of 64bit client, saint haven renewal and design upgrade, is it time to fix graphics bug for AMD Radeon Graphics users?
this problem is still not fix for years and in this year of pandemic where graphics card prices increased.

also i don't want to use a third party tool for this thing.
