Unable to proceed to Saint haven from Calderock village

After i talked to the NPC to Saint haven, it stuck during the process and showed ' Disconnected from the server' .

lot of people get disconnected maybe because of the massive volume of players logging in to the game.
try it again, it should be fine.

Try asking someone in SH to summon you (invite you to a party). What's your IGN? Im in SH right now. I can summon you here.

Maybe there's a bug on the video cutscene ( Airship leaving Calderock and going to SH).
I also get dc sometimes during the video cutscene on SDN Stage 1 if there's a first timer in the party. Maybe it's something related to that.

i don't have much knowledge of it but i think the last resort would be reinstallation of client. :/
