Can't interact with the Mysterious Casket?

Hello everyone,

Somehow I can't interact with the mysterious casket located in Merca. When I try it immediately bounces back.
I asked around and some said that it should've been fixed already (so it was already an existing problem?). I tried to abandon my main quest and retaking but that doesn't seem to work, sadly.
When I don't have the main quest activated, there hovers a blue question mark above the casket but I don't have any side quests related to it. I added a screenshot.

Is there anything I can do to continue with my quest?

Not really sure if this would work, but adjust your position when clicking the Mysterious Casket. If it bounces back again, just keep on adjusting. The same happened to me several times while talking to quest NPCs.

Yea, that was my method as well when that happened with other NPCs. I'll try again today see if it works but I don't have high hopes.
