First question: the lvl-up within this week reward will be rewarded right now?

no, just wait patiently and stay updated, its gonna be expected to be given late towards all eligible players who leveled up within the 1st week of relaunch on the maximum level cap of the game.

2nd question: level 95 jades converted from epic to unique?

you cannot tell whether they will be available as convertion on jades or unique and epic jades will be separate and not dynamic from the system's converting features such as the level 93 rune dragon unique gear can be converted into level 95 medea's unique gear.

they might come up both at a later date it is either december or january update, SEA server will get updates after half a year from what KDN received their own update of the game.
