Just give them some time, im a computer engineer myself and i understand that things dont fall back into place with a snap of my fingers it takes alot of hard work, time and effort to fix em up, and when ppl keeps rushing me to finish certain things that requires alot of time, i'll be like -> ._________________________________________________ ___.

And yea their service is really really good despite all the unnecessary pressure they are facing, and it'll prolly improve even more, (as long as they don't succumb to all the hates and negativity from the small portion of haters. its very hard to keep a straight face nor maintain the desire to help ppl when some of the them are not appreciative of their effort or even scold back) So kudos to that!

good thing this game is not on steam because negative comments + thumbs down mark will be flooded on this game

btw im a comsci and i know how hard to code games and systems but work is work no matter how hard or toxic the players or your boss or your client you dont have any choice but to fix it or you will lose your job.
