Rank 1:1 / Ladder Points

Why I can't get ladder points? Even I'm doing what it said on the instructions of gaining ladder points.. And the Rank 1:1 I can't even get a record of my KDR or win rate, win streak.. etc
I think something is wrong on PVP that need to be fixed and explain it on us players.. The game letting us play RANK 1:1 gaining nothing but a cube daily when you play rank.


PLEASE EXPLAIN IT TO US AND POST IT ON THE TREADING NOTIFICATION OF DN LAUNCHER!! So the players of DN know whats wrong!!

if im not wrong, ladder has been dead since end of last year? and they never bother to fix it. we have a guild ranking system that dont give guild base and also ladder that dont give ladder points. although so many complain has been made but nothing happen up until now.
