cant see cc spending event on news

cant see the spending event at forum news. hope we could check the spending event at the start button of the dn client or at the forum news, always cant update like what happen on 10kcc spending and get free package. hope dn sea team knows the priority and thats the donation,, so dn sea could live another six years
