Does anyone knows if we will be having a 2017 halloween box by this coming patch? And what would be our holloween event..?

Based from previous Halloweens, I think yes, there would be a Halloween Box where we could get the Wings/Tail/Decal/ Spirit? and Mount.
For events:
The town will be decorated with Halloween theme.
The BGM will be replaced with that Harry Potterish music.
Halloween costumes and weapons will be available in the Cash shop.
and there will be a login event where we can earn coins to get the Halloween mount.

The scooter is probably the mount from Halloween Box.
and the Witch house is this year's mount from coins.
