FD has 2 components: gear and skill.
Gear FD is capped at 100%, where if you get 8333 FD, you are capped for Lv 93 content (6363 for Lv 90 content and so on).
Skill FD such as Artillery's Magical Breeze and Lancea's Erratic Power are also FD but is additive to gear FD and can exceed 100%.
E.g. Artillery with 8333 FD with Magical Breeze (e.g. 25%), you will have 125% FD in Lv 93 content and will deal 225% damage to monsters in Rune Dragon Nest.Remmystarr from Eden (Discord: Xenocho #8012)

if you love damage & dont like to camping in nest or raid cap your FD in gears..
FD is good.. for every class its depends on class skill damage board and tiers dps/burst..Comment

Just don't ever give up atk/ele%/crit for fd
Remember: fd stat is the last priority stat for not top geared chars, even more for characters that have their fd buffs except assassin

Some have less benefit like healer classes will usually still deal less damage than a half-capped FD top tier DPS class
