Where can i get the skill reset item? i need to reset all my stats for my assasin and is it free?

Skill Initialization Scroll = One-time-use skill reset, will disappear once used
Unlimited Oblivion Scroll = Unlimited skill reset for a day, will disappear once 24 hours has passed since you first obtain it in your inventory.
1. x1 Skill Initialization Scroll as a reward for clearing the first specialization quest at level 15 (rewarded by Irine, cannot be obtained by Spin-Off classes)
2. x1 Job Change Scroll and x1 Unlimited Oblivion Scroll as a reward for opening level 95 Achievement Reward Box (must first open all the box from preceding levels)
3. x1 Unlimited Oblivion Scroll as a reward once you reach Journeyman Knight rank (a single diamond-shaped emblem with brown color, approximately 123k exp) for the first time in Colosseum.
Additionally, whenever you use Job Change Scroll, it will also reset all your skill.
