Raid party party-list-arrangement

Hi guys,
I need to know is there any way that i can arrange the party list in our raid party?
For example, i want to set myself (party leader) at last position in my party list. (position 1 to 8)

Reasons of doing so? I don't get the reasons you doing so.

If you made the party, so of course you will appear first name on party list (Press O when you got into party)

Of course if you enter party at 7th one, then you will be appear at 7th. Party Leader can pass along.

The list is standard for everyone.

It can do in the past, but now cannot do or at least I don't know how to do now. It is quite useful in some situation.
