based on my experience its 0-0.5% T_T

Its a scam.
20 Legend Hammers, I only got +6 to +10 RuneL
20 Uniq Hammers, I only got +10 to +12 Medea

Its not 50% as most of us think

I got +11 to +15 Calypse using 15 Legend Hammers, I'm inclined to believe it's in the 20-25% range instead of 50%.

Thanks for the reply, I think it's 50 but rng is rng so no matter how high it is, it'll still break. I saw 90% hammers breaking 3x in a row.
