Did not receive my Unused CC from CherryCredits

Hi, I have just transferred and I still did not receive Unused CC from CherryCredits... Please suggest me a solution to this

Did you check your cc account , it's not automatic, you have to transfer it yourself. login to your ED account look for how to convert cc to Eye cash.
