Costume with Wrong Stats

I've purchased a costume package from the cash shop. Apparently, I chose the wrong stats. Any idea how I can change the stats or if I should open a ticket with support?

User error but it doesn't hurt to try to ask them to change it.
I never deal with this kind of case under ED, but last time under CC, I got 2 instances where people ask for gift from me but they end up getting different stats, 1 managed to get it changed and another gets rejected.
Just prepare for the possibility of it being rejected, don't get your hopes up too high.

this happens too me also when i purchase geraint crossbow instead of iona crossbow during gatchalicous event (CC)
and yes they changed it but idk to others GoodLuck
