Can i ask if i spend items in cash shop but gifting to other players, does my spending counts?

I think its counted, whenever you gift someone you spend or transfer your currency to another player, its the same as spending your own currency to items on Cash Shop so maybe its possible for you to be eligible for the tier rewards, but for the other account you gifted the currency or currently EYET, i think it will only be eligible for spend tier rewards if rather he uses the gifted EYET to buy something on Cash Shop, he didn't top-up after all
