Gacha Event

are there any Character Level restrictions for being eligible, and receiving/claiming the reward for this event? ie. Lvl 1 Warrior.

because there weren't any in the gachalicious events of CC.. just wanted to clarify..

I wouldn't call it Gachalicious event here on ED... CC named it Gachalicious event, ED suppose to create a catchy title but... its just plane simple "Surprise" event.

I don't think there's level restrictions, even if there was, you could just level up your character before the retrieval of rewards expires (2 weeks as of current event)
