My mistake, looks like Brea dont have a OE guide..
Naturally OE is a str based class so str is the pirority, followed by crit chance and fd if you are well funded. Critical damage can be neglected because OE has high CTD values on top of her enhancement B. (50% extra) -
What about Light element attribute? ^^
Priority: Str>crit chance > fd > light damage > crit damage?
and what would you recommend for 3rd stat in heraldies? FD? i think fd is much more expensie as a 3rd stat. other than FD for 3rd stat what's an alternative?

STR Crit. Chance that is too much focus on disregarding this stats. Dancers IMO are more capable in this aspect as compared to OE, Arch. Her.
