If the guild master and all vgms last logged in was 90over days, is it still possible for me to take over the ownership as a SGM? Will the GM help in this matter?

I only saw VGM can take over the post. There will be apply button on the GM rank if you can take over.

If I remember correctly, only Vice Guild Master can take over the guild, Senior rank unable to take over the guild, sorry
