User Interface Cosmetic Changes

I see some screenshots using Segoe UI or Microsoft Jhenghei when playing the game. Despite all these, is changing the cosmetics in the game, example, changing fonts because Arial is shet is fine as long as it's not gamebreaking?

Reason for this is to render multilingual fonts correctly than displaying box as some characters

Are you talking about modding the game by yourself? If it is, then it's not fine. They already stated that engagement in, promote, or encourage any modification is not allowed. Who knows what will happen to you if you got caught? But there is a safe way to do it. Safe but not guaranteed. Ask ED to change the ingame fonts by themselves. That is the only thing I could suggest to you.
