How can we report bug abuse or scammers here?

Since the Cerberus and Gatcha event came many people are getting scammed including me. In the CBN people steal tix holders loots like the last chest. EVEN YOU ARE NOT THE PARTY LEADER OR TIX HOLDER THEY CAN JUST ESC LOCATION AND CLICK ON THE LAST CHEST they will have the loots with their names in it, when the original tix holder opens it. and many CC seller (scammers) selling CC in game. Is that illegal right? I don't know I'm just curious and very disappointed

You could also report the player via 1:1 Inquire (under the Support tab on the main website).
