Distorted Zone dungeons

Does the distorted zone dungeons and the other dungeons of the same level provide the same exp?

So the ordinary dungeons are better for leveling than the distorted ones?

For me yes it better cause it only consumes 60ftg it drops badges alot+garnets+theano eq for nest points and of course memory fragments. it is all possible when you got someone who will carry you cause this is hard for a character that is still on his way to 95. In my case I let my guildmate boost me in DZ 93 abyss but memory fragments is his.

I actually tested that a few months ago, the EXP that 93 dz Abyss gives is almost equal to or very slightly less than lvl 95 master dungeons. However DZ dungeons take longer to clear so i guess 95 master is a better choice.

If about leveling, Go to master 95 master dungeons because 93 DZ are longer to finish.
But, exp output are better in DZ because it costs less. 60 ftg per run so it means more runs. More longer runs.
