Need help for a chronic class

I can create a class in chronic system but i have questions.

how works this chronic?
its 1 ler account?
what i gain in prizes?
I have two sorc max (smasher and elestra) have experience then. Want a class for solo play how u indicate?

First off, no offense but please fix your grammar, but this will suffice

1. Chronicle Character is a way to retell the story of Dragon Nest (but only at Chapter 13) in just minutes, I think they just picked the important ones and compressed them that can be finished within 30-40 minutes. The story will be divided to four characters of the main story each retelling what had traversed through the story, particularly Geraint, Velskud, Rubinart and Argenta, and as this transpires every quest you finish quickly levels you up at a certain level like finish one quest you level up to 10, 20, 50 until 80 which is the highest level you can only get, and you can also receive goodies such as Incomplete Medea Package(exclusive for the event) and some gear that will give you a head start in the Level 80 and 90 dungeons.

2. Yes you can only create 1 chronicle character per account, however in your account, you need to at least have a level 80 character to be able to make a chronicle character.

3. I already stated it at number 1 so just read the last sentence.

4. For number 4, even though I don't understand it, I'll just answer it based on assumptions, I guess you want a class that can do solo play? Like solo dungeons and bosses? In my opinion, the best character for soloing dungeons and nests is shooting star, she has insane burst damage and can finish a dungeon or nests in a matter of minutes just do splash, splash, biochemical grenade, mine thrower, mine thrower and you basically killed it in like 20 seconds.

sorry I'm Brazilian, if I create a char and then want to delete it in 80 can I create another chronicle?
