I gave my email and got banned. so how can I retrieve? if can't retrieve it then easy 30 years banned.......... cant play DN anymore

The post itself is suspicious your forum name and the sender name is the same. and having more than 3 cerberus front paws is not normal for a single char since it cant be server storaged. my opinion is that you scammed a CBN tix holder then he reported you.

...1) it's impossible for 2 IGNs to be exactly the same
2) Can't see shet in those blurry screenshots.
3) Mail obviously fake. GMs don't even need to put "(GM----)" in the mail title. They won't even ask you for these stuff.

uh no those CBN paw is from my other account which I let my friend use it then those rewards will be put on the main character. that is why I lvl my other accounts to get those rewards though - gerald

I use my local0234 small letters so they can change it to big letter "I" too look exactly as small letter "L"

you gave ur Email, your account should be hacked not banned, maybe you have done other bannable offense. and real GM don't need your Email just IGN and they know everything about you. you should try 1:1 inquiry, your fellow players like us can't help you.
