Chronicle Event Question

Good day, I just wanted to ask if I had to get my Chronicle Character to LvL 95 to get the +20 Medea Set or do I just have to create it within the event period? Thanks!

nop, just simply create one & finish the lv 10 chroc quest, then the medea pack already in your inventory
