How to get those ? are they only from boxes, as i tried sythesis and it cannot use the one i bought from the cash shop.

yes. you can exchange the coupon to the current epic set weapon. right now its Sheriff.
If you don't like the current one, you can wait for the next epic set to be released.

And no. epic weapon coupon or any of the weapons from that coupon CANNOT be traded, server stored or be trade warrantied.

Anyone knows what will be the next epic weap after sherrif?
