Class Mastery 1 for Moonlord

can someone explain to me the Class Mastery 1 for moonlord/lunar knight class? i dont see any description on it. i played 3months now and i just noticed that theres no description on it.
please if u know the answer kindly reply on this post so other Moonlord like me will know or if it is controversial, please inbox me. And also the "brave" skill for moonlord dont have description. but i guess that skill is just a dmg buff.

Question though about Brave skill, does the damage buff increase per level?

No, instead it increases it's duration per level
