refined genesis accessory

hi guys i wanted to know for example i crafted the genesis ring (lvl90). i used the chalice of caprice to make it lvl 95. after which if i upgrade it to refined genesis earring would it still be lvl 95 accessory? or would it be lvl 93?

You got the order reversed.
First, you craft the Genesis Ring (Lvl 90)
Next, using the Lvl 90 ring as material, you can craft the Refined Genesis Ring (Lvl 93)
Then you can use the Chalice of Caprice to make the Refined Genesis Ring (Lvl 95)

As said above, you cant use Chalice on nonrefined Genesis. This applies to other Genesis accessories as well.
