just asking, if pet exp is affected by exp events, exp scrolls, guild costume, hotspring buff?

Yes. Minions get 3% of the Stage Exp that you see upon clearing a dungeon/nest.
So any exp modifier that increases Stage Exp will increase Pet Exp as well.
