MP recovery

im wondering that MP recovery from some magic type tails and rare type minions ( pet ) acce
MP recovery +2%
the 2 % is the 2% of our total mana pool or the 200mp per second from skill board ?

A naked Lv 95 character with no skills/gears/any passive has 200,000 MP (i.e. any level 95 character has at least 200k MP)

If it applies to your total mana pool, 2% of 200,000 is 4000. Can you see yourself getting 4k MP per tick?

Afaik, MP recovery from plates and talismans are removed already. Not sure with the pet accessory though.
I checked just now and my character (with Sasha pet accessory) only recover 50/100/150/200 MP every 2 sec from Mind Conquer Lv 1/2/3/4 respectively.
It should be 204 per 2 sec if it applies to your Mind Conquer, right?

oh okay thanks , so i guess i dont need to buy the pet acce since its just a little ? xD
