where is the OCT 2018 Patch Note ?

Wait for 18:00 GMT +8. ED almost always drop their Patch Notes on the day before the actual Patch.

If it's not up before they start patching, then you can complain all you want.

marzial09 The difference this time is they explicitly state "*The Update Patch will be updated before tomorrow's Update Patch." this time instead of "The Update Patch will be updated today." for September.
Read between the lines, expect the unexpected, if it's up today then good, if it's up tomorrow then they're not in the wrong anyway.

1 of the comparisons that i see is that they said "The Update Patch will be updated before tomorrow's Update Patch" in the october 1 and "The Update Patch will be updated today" in the September 1, so in simply words :they said to us "we don't care if you find out about the updates, keep spending your money on us, although we forbid them access" i don't know, correct me if u are a better expression that the mine, greetings.

That's why they emphasized it's friday, there are new weekly tasks, will disappear after patch and have till saturday reset to appear again.

thats a whole lot better tbh...rather than they update in tuesday and you get no weekly tasks till saturday
