Well here it is. I just wondering if the 'Raise your Lancea (Letter C)' Event is really a free awakening costume or what-so-ever what you call it free?

Yes it will be free. They'll give you a coupon that you use which will take you to the cash shop to purchase the awakening costume for 0 eye-t. So yes, it's free

or only for lancea create after maintain ?

isnt it only a coupon that would allow you to buy the awakening costume for 42k CC cuz once the coupon is gone you won't be able to purchase the awake costume anymore
