can i collect the Geraint's Bless Earring and Necklace on my other character example my sniper
while i collect the female warrior cash item on my warrior ?and also does ''gifting'' counted toward the spending event? and why geraint healing barrier not there? while it is there the last time this event came.

Can i ask if you happen to know if the Minion Speech Bubble Scroll - Casper is permanent or durational?

I'm sorry but I have no idea. I think it should be permanent since you paid for it, but this is ED and there's no telling what they would do with the rewards.
