No Rewards from Crystal Collector Event

Anyone else didn't receive the rewards for the Crystal Collector Event?

It is stated in the event calendar that the rewards will be given on November 22 at 18:00 via Special Storage.

You should check the main website before posting here. if you can't find it in notice section it should be in NEWS section. the rewards are to credited on nov. 27 after maintenance.
