Old account retrieval

Hi

How do I retrieve an old account? I'm not sure why all of my email address does not exist in the system.
All I know is I had 2 accounts before, one when 75 is still the cap (assassin) and the other is when it is still 40 (pyromancer).
Are those account still possible to retrieve?

Thost accounts went extinct..
when the host was Cherry Credit.. and transferred to EyeDentity = everyone have to transfer

else, their accounts lost in oblivion.
