Regarding 6 item set bunos

I have a full rubinart accessory and weapon set, thou the accessory stats are higher compered to sadnyth, rubinart weapon and sub-wep sucks. My question is if I placed rubinart weapons on conversion weapon as its apperance will the 5th and 6th set bonus still apply? i just wana make sure before I spend god knows how much to obtain and enhance conversion weps.

yes, it applies, Conversion Weapon only gives stats, the same item says that "Conversion", u can transform freely
