How to convert power stone to lebrium point this day?

Hi everyone... its me. random people. i've a question.
I was inactive for a several months. and i still have power stone in mycharacter. and now material to use for enhance is lebrium point. so how to convert it to lebrium point in this current patch? can i still use the power stone?
oh... and one more question, is it possible to convert low power stone > mid power stone > veteran power stone?

Its required lebrium power stone tho. mine is veteran power stone.

Just sell it to npc, even blacksmith don't convert it now.

So it's can't be convert anymore now?

1st it can be converted to lebrium stone. Now even lebrium stone is removed. anyway the conversion is only 1 pt for 1 veteran stone. Now you can get 100pts just doing DQ and up to dec.31 AFK for 3 hrs 500 pts. So those power stones are worthless when they change it lebrim system to begin with.
