I just back around ~1+ years since the game banned Vietnam IP when my accounts transfered from Cherry Credit. Now i back here cos i heard that the game doesn't ban vietnam ip anymore. But all my accounts got blocked. I sent a 1:1 ticket, but the system just failed. What should i do now?

Dragon Nest VN server was shut down back in June 2018 due to lack of players, with no option to transfer from CherryCredits to EyeDentity.
But you can start over at Dragon Nest SEA with a new game account. -
Maybe you misunderstanded me, i'm not player from DN Vietnam server, I'm player from previous Dragon Nest Sea (Cherry Credit), i transfered my accounts from Cherry Credit (previous SEA server) to EyeDentity (new SEA server), but then after that, new SEA server just banned all Vietnam ip with reason we already had a VN server, so i couldn't play anymore.
And now i heard that they unbanned vietnam ip due to Dragon Nest VN dead (yeah, i really happy to hear that). But when i connected to the game, system just said my account or password just invalid. i reset my password but still same problem, then i logged in homepage and then the system said my accounts got blocked with no reason.
I created a new account and log in to homepage then sent 1:1 ticket but the system just said failed always. . .Comment
