Enhancement Boost Event still not here

Did they unofficially remove the Enhancement Boost event or they just forgot to state the date in May Calendar and May Patch? :C

Enhancement boost event was never a scheduled event tho, so you cant say it was removed but rather stopped. No official announcement to say that, but hint was given during March event calendar where they said "After Skila update, enhancement boost event will not be implemented anymore" (although they still resumed it in March). So high possibly no more enhancement boost event.

:O Tier 1-3 and 1-20? Cause I tried enhancing my tier 2 +18 2 times and it failed so I'm waiting for the enhancement boost so theres not much wasted mats/gold

Yes Tier 1-3, +1-20, all 80% flat. Dont give up just because of 2 times fails because you still have Skila at the end for most fun.
