Q: Do effects from Weapon engraving stack?

Like if I have fracture on my main wep and fracture on my secondary will it stack or will it be so that, when the first fracture activates then after 10 seconds the second one will activate? or will both go on cooldown after 10 seconds?
if so, then it would be better to just have a different effect on the other right? also what's the recommended weapon engraving effects?

As far as i know, they doesnt stack, be it on your main and secondary weapons, and other people one. So yes, better if you have different effects.

Best one is of course -10% elemental defense. Others are not that significant anyway.
