Login Failure When i Try to enter Town

Its been almost 1year since I last played Dragon Nest after that I realized I wanna play again so I downloaded the game I waited for 2HRS after that LOGIN and then when I arrived in the character selection menu they told me welcome back RETURNEDHERO after selecting my character and selecting chanel Disconnection Happens I Tried Every Single Character In my 2 Accounts but still same results I WAS SHOCKED AND ASKED WHY When I Play other games this never happened only in Dragon Nest I Tried Changing My DNS,I even connected to my router or wired network what do I do this is really frustrating me PLS CAN ANYONE HELP?!

Did you download the full client or you patch it?

i guess you should re download the whole client to prevent issues.

on the download area of the game I chosed Utorrent Download
Is this the problem?

sir if you have download the game try to download all manual patch except patch 430 try to patch it and returned to manual patch again
