Can someone tell if this is a joke or not. It's clearly posted that its a 100% chance to appear that Rudolph Duck on selected dungeons and yet i tried to run those dungeons listed and didnt see a single Quack Rudolph Duck. Not yet implemented?

i have a video i run on those dungeon mentioned with 100% but no duck found. they clearly lied.
nothing unusual really.
