Help with achievement

Can someone please tell me how I can complete the following achievement?

Great Arena:

-Running Man

The condition say "Escape faster than everyone else" but not sure what to do

incase u havent clear it or for anyone else
Tips 1: clear F3 fire traps until u click the statue fastest (idk how many sec req)
Tips 2: use/invite any paladin class (activate skill Conviction Blessing & Divine Avatar) for fast, flawless & ez run.
