  • Weather Effect

Adding a weather effect in to the game would be nice. It would be better if the weather follows the game's timezone which is +8 gmt and if it gets dark, the lights in saint haven or any other towns will light up.

You do mean 'time' effect though. Nice but unnecessary. A few care about that. We just want a better gameplay. If they do, it better not mess with the already intolerable game performance.

This feature is already added, just put your most graphics to high, including effects, textures, effect distance, effect transparency.

Snow, rain, day, night => Rainy Day, Cloudy Day, Snowy Day, Rainy Night, Cloudy Night, Snowy Night.

This feature only applies in beginner dungeons including crystal stream.

If you want a snowy effect in SH, just wait for Christmas Event, but if you want a Night effect in SH, you wait for Halloween Event, and if you want a Rainy effect in SH, wait for an event that associates with it, like when Black Dragon was first released (it's not rainy, but in chaotic effect) or just modify the DN game folder and set the rainy effect to [true] when you go to towns.

      TL;DR
These effects only apply in dungeons, not in Towns. But if you want to see one, you wait for an event to appear.
