Reading the comments on this topic will make you dizzy a bit because of the tons of suggestion (scattered), Though you made a good start by communicating with us, to make it easy on us all I hope you can divide the suggestion topics to like (example only), PVE System suggestion / PVP System suggestion / Trading System suggestion and so on, at least it would be easy for your side which to prioritize and assign which of your people to handle the categories, by doing this you can address the concerns of the community. Thank you and nice to meet you Tasha.

PS. Can add some lively emoticons on the forums to make it appealing as well.

To see more events , farming to be revive , having less lag and no scammers. F2P players to have chanse too have nice items and events.
Events not releated to pvp and pve also can be added.

GM that will be always online and help players.

We are seen this before in others servers when they move to other providers.

So , please Tasha note people who care our characters for this 10 days to care them good.
This acounts are our love , time, efforts , memory we share so many years.
Some of us spend a lot of nights without sleeping just to gain something they want badly.

Cherry Credits promised that as we leave our accounts, it will remain as it is.

Granted, I'm not from SEA and I'm a NA player GM, but when Nexon transferred NA to ED, as long as you signed an agreement, there were no issues with account transferring. I took screenshots of everything I had, but it was all for nothing since everything got transferred without an issue. The only issue that arose was the growth spirits we had got reset without stats for whatever reason, but ED fixed your spirits or gave you a ton of duplicates to get the stats back if you sent in a ticket.

In other words, ED has done this before, so I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. Just in case though, save screenshots of all of your stuff.

A cheaper pricing in cash shop, i personally think that the pricing are a little bit too high for SEA residents living outside Singapore.

My suggestions are:
1)making Magical design available in wonderful theme park store or Cash shop (for limited time)
2)Old costumes such as Righteous Space Pirate(for warrior), with new stats as well, made available in CS.
3)A Black Dragon nest style of acquiring guild base.
4)Special skills for mounts so you can enjoy it in a dungeon. Example. The UFO mount can give u a special skill that launches laser. Something like that.

What can I say more?
